Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates within US

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time within US is 1-4 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After completing an order you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number to the email address provided within 2 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Asana Moon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, VAT etc.). Please contact your country’s customs office to understand their procedures and any possible charges.

Damages

Asana Moon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
